20 yrs System Analyst for the federal government(DLA). (retired) Was responsible for troubleshooting and making recommendations for system changes to the DLA computer system that operated at 24 military installations. Trained employees on system changes and wrote and designed training manuals.

30yrs Resource Management for the Navy Inventory Control Point at Mechanicsburg Naval Depot.(retired) He was responsible for the operating budget with a value over $1 billion dollars. He also was responsible for position management, hiring of personnel and organization changes for over 4,000 employees.
Mr. Freshman is currently serving as Treasurer at his church that has a budget of approximately $4 million dollars. He is also the treasurer of the Strategic Global Services Network(SGSN) and secretary of the Harrisburg Food Ministry Board.
Mr. Freshman’s experiences in business management, financial and personnel management extends over 40 years.
Yvette Keys, Treasurer
3 yrs business owner/operator of a daycare. As a teacher she planned, organized and presented information and instructions to children. Helped students learn subject matter and skills that will contribute to their educational and social development.
Kept books on expensives and budgets of the daycare and created a instructional plan which was compatible with the school system. She reviewed invoices and statements, verified information against source documents and supporting files, and ensured that sufficient funds had been obligated and totals are correct. Maintained balances and reconciled a variety of billing documents.
